Terms of Service Agreement
Findyourinvestigator.com (identify membership/subscription name). By posting the client’s (also referred to as “you” and “your”) profile on www.findyourinvestigator.com, other mobile applications, and other properties (including other third party properties that the parties may agree upon in writing) (the “Site”) through the selected options of Plans; Verified, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum (collectively and/or individually referred to as “the Plans”) subscription (the “Subscription”), you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are a licensed Private Investigator as governed by the requirements stated by the Private Investigator agencies governing your local State, County, or City; (b) you are willing to provide services posted at the service rate and on any other terms specified in your profile; (c) you will not use your Plans profile to advertise or promote anything (including, without limitation, any product, service or business) other than the services offered as a Private Investigator as identified by your local governing State, County, or City; (d) except as provided in Findyourinvestigator.com current Refund Policy, you will pay Findyourinvestigator.com for your Plans Subscription, even if you fail to obtain clientele; (e) if you placed a Plans profile with a material error that cannot be corrected through the Plans tools, you will contact Findyourinvestigator.com within 10 days of your original license verification approval date to inquire about making material changes to your profile (e.g., through a typographical error) and Findyourinvestigator.com shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether such changes will be permitted; (f) you will not use your Plans profile or the Site for any fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive activity; (g) your use of the Site and your submission or access to any reviews, communications, information, data, text, photographs, or other materials on the Site (collectively, the “Content”), you agree not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Service Agreement, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Findyourinvestigator.com. (h) all Content that you provide to Findyourinvestigator.com are truthful, accurate and complete and comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations, including without limitation, the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau and Security Investigative Services standards; (i) you are solely responsible for your Plans profile, and all Content and other materials you submit to the Site; (j) you have all the rights necessary to post your Plans profile, including, without limitation, all content, photos, data and other Content contained therein, on the Site. Findyourinvestigator.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any Plans profile or photo, without notice and without liability or providing a refund, that does not meet the requirements of these Plans Terms of Service Agreement, or if Findyourinvestigator.com otherwise determines or believes, in Findyourinvestigator.com sole and exclusive discretion, that your Plans profile or any photo or other Content you upload is inappropriate for any legal, business, technical or other reason. The Plans deliver a specified number of ad impressions to the Site to promote your business. Includes an Enhanced Profile, which allows you to access features in connection with your business profile page, such as competitive ad removal, photo slideshow, and account support. The following items listed below provide the details of each Plans Subscription options.
Your Plans Subscription Details:
“Verified” and “Expert” listing plans offer the following services:
1. Our team Verifies the listing information provided; State Investigators license, (In states that do not have investigators licenses we will require a copy a valid business license from either the state, county or city the business is based.) Business license, address, telephone number, email address and outbound business links.
“Verified” listings offer the following services:
1. Verified listing are hand researched to make sure Verified listings are of licensed investigators
2. Get ahead of the crowd with our Verified Sash and come up before the general listings in our search algorithm.
3. Relevant Powerful backlinks that gain Google’s trust with relevant keywords & SEO.
“Expert” listings offer the following services:
1. Hand researched to ensure experts are licensed investigators

The benefits of the Plans are available only while your Subscription is active and your Plans account is in good standing. Findyourinvestigator.com reserves the right to modify the Plans at any time and in its sole discretion. Each such purchase will be set forth in the purchase order agreed to in writing by both parties which sets forth the Plans Subscription being purchased, applicable fees, the date of when the Plan Subscription starts (“Service Start Date”), the duration of your advertising commitment (“Commitment Period”), and any renewal terms, among other information (“Purchase Order”). Each agreed upon Purchase Order is governed and incorporated into these Terms.
Registration Information
As a condition of your use of the Site, you agree to: (a) provide Findyourinvestigator.com with true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the Findyourinvestigator.com registration/verification forms, when registering for using the services offered by the Site; and (b) update and maintain the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of such information.
Minimum Age
You must be 18 years of age or older to use or register for the services offered by the Site.
Privacy Policy
Findyourinvestigator.com has established a privacy policy to explain how your personal information is collected and used. The privacy policy is located at the bottom of the home page.
Service Fees and Billing Methods; Automatic Renewal
Findyourinvestigator.com will charge you a membership fee in order to provide the Service. Your membership fee is the amount you were charged for your subscription or Plan and plus a set nominal fee for the verification of licensing (the “Membership Fee”). The Membership fee is fixed for the duration of the Commitment Period specified in each Purchase Order. All fees are net of any taxes and you may be required to pay in your taxing jurisdiction. Payments are due in advance of the period for which they apply, or as otherwise set forth in the Purchase Order. Membership Fees may be paid in advance by cash, check, credit card, debit card or PayPal. Unpaid amounts or errors may be billed in subsequent invoices. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, Findyourinvestigator.com my collect past due amounts using other collection mechanisms, and you agree to pay all expenses associated with such collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees. You acknowledge that Findyourinvestigator.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify its Membership Fees and billing methods. Membership Fees for access to the Service may be made on an annual basis. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED UPON THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW, UNLESS SUCH MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION IS CANCELLED OR TERMINATED AS PROVIDED BELOW OR UNLESS YOU OPT OUT OF THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FEATURE AS PROVIDED BELOW. THE FORM OF PAYMENT CANNOT BE CHANGED OR ALTERED UNLESS ALL AMOUNTS DUE UNDER THE TERMS HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL OR OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY YOU AND FINDYOURINVESTIGATOR.COM IN WRITING.
Annual Payment Subscriptions:
FINDYOURINVESTIGATOR.COM WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FOR ONE YEAR AT THE MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS (AS SUCH MEMBERSHIP FEE MAY BE MODIFIED AS PROVIDED ABOVE) USING THE CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT INFORMATION ON FILE WITH FINDYOURINVSTIGATOR.COM. Such annual renewal payment will take place on or about your expiration date. If the renewal of your annual membership fails for any reason, we will attempt to process your renewal for a period up to one hundred eighty (180) days in accordance with our standard renewal practices then in effect (which may be modified from time to time by findyourinvestigator.com). Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you agree that Findyourinvestigator.com will not provide you with any notices prior to each annual renewal payment.
Canceling Your Subscription
If you decide to cancel your subscription, in order to avoid renewal, your cancellation request must be received by no later than on or before the 15th day prior to your scheduled renewal payment date for the following month. You may cancel your subscription by support@findyourinvestigator.wackys.work If you decide to cancel your subscription before you finish your membership term no refunds or credit will be provided.
Termination of Your Subscription
Neglecting to meet the standards of a licensed Private Investigator as governed by your local State, County or City, shall lead to automatic termination of your Subscription. If Findyourinvestigator.com determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that you failed to continue to meet the standard statutory and other Private Investigator license requirements that your profile violates any laws or guidelines, Findyourinvestigator.com reserves the right to reject or immediately remove your profile from the Site without notice and without liability or providing a refund. You may terminate a Purchase Order effective at the end of your Commitment Period or any renewal period providing written notice to Findyourinvestigator.com on or before the 15th day of the month in order for the Purchase Order to terminate at the end of the following month. If a subsequent Purchase Order is executed between you and Findyourinvestigator.com, then the old Purchase Order shall terminate on the latest Purchase Order’s Service Start Date in order to prevent having two (2) or more Purchase Orders effective at the same time, unless otherwise agreed upon by you and Findyourinvestigator.com in the Purchase Order.
Account Security
Findyourinvestigator.com will allow you to establish a user ID and a password when you register. Your user ID and password may only be used by you. You are solely responsible for maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of your user ID and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user ID and password.
General Limitations
The Plans Subscription only contains the features expressly indicated. The Plans profiles may not appear on the Site immediately. All the Plans profiles are subject to verification by Findyourinvestigator.com before the profile appears on the Site. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PLANS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Findyourinvestigator.com DOES NOT MAKE AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE PLANS PROFILE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT YOU WILL OBTAIN OR RETAIN ANY CLIENTELE, OBTAIN AN ACCEPTABLE RETAINER AGREEMENT FOR YOUR PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR SERVICES; ONLY RECEIVE LEGITIMATE INQUIRIES OR SOLICITATIONS FROM POTENTIAL CLIENTS, OR RECEIVE ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING YOUR PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR SERVICES. FURTHERMORE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Findyourinvestigator.com SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, AND GUARANTEES REGARDING (1) THER PERFORMANCE, QUALITY AND RESULTS OF THE PLANS, INCLUDING AD CLICK RATES, CONVERSIONS, AND ANY USER GENERATED CONTENT THAT APPEARS ON YOUR PROFILE, (2) THE ACCURANCE OF THE INFORMATION AND METRICS THAT Findyourinvestigator.com PROVIDES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR YOUR PROFILE (E.G. TRAFFIC, VIEWS, VISITORS, USERS, DEMOGRAPHICS, AND BEHAVIORAL INFORMATION ABOUT VISITORS AND USERS), AND (3) THE PLACEMENT, CONTENT, PROMOTIONAL VALUE, QUALITY, TIMING, OR NUMBER OF PROFILE IMPRESSIONS. Findyourinvestigator.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FO RNON-PERFORMANCE DUE TO CAUSES BEYONG ITS REASONABLE CONTROL. WHILE Findyourinvestigator.com WILL TRY TO TARGET YOUR PROFILE TO PARTICULAR USERS, TYPES OF USERS, USER LOCATIONS, USER QUERIES, OR OTHER USER BEHAVIORS, Findyourinvestigator.com MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATION OF ACCURATE PROFILE TARGETING. Findyourinvestigator.com Membership Fee is NOT contingent on the outcome or results of the Plans Subscription. Findyourinvestigator.com MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE RESULTS OF THE PLANS SUBSCRIPTION. Findyourinvestigator.com reserves the right to decline or terminate without advance notice any Plans Subscription it deems to be illegal or unethical. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THE RESULTS OF THE PLANS SUBSCRIPTION ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ARE LIMITED. THE RESULTS OBTAINED MAY NOT BE THAT WHICH IS DESIRED OR IN YOUR FAVOR. Findyourinvestigator.com reserves the right to, but is under no obligation to and does not assume any obligation to, review the Plans profiles before and/or after they are posted to the Site to confirm information relating to the Private Investigator and the Private Investigator’s credentials and to investigate complaints and suspicious activity. If Findyourinvestigator.com determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that you are engaging in any unfair, deceptive, false, misleading or fraudulent practices, or that your profile violates any laws or guidelines, Findyourinvestigator.com reserves the right to reject or immediately remove your profile from the Site without notice and without liability or providing a refund, as described above. Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for unlawful misrepresentations. If you are uncertain whether an activity is unlawful, we recommend seeking advice of an attorney.
The Plans Refund Policy
As a general matter, Findyourinvestigator.com does not provide refunds for the Plans Subscriptions after a Membership is purchased. Findyourinvestigator.com further reserves the right to make refunds at any time in connection with cases of fraud, abuse, and in other limited instances. Findyourinvestigator.com does not provide refunds under any other circumstances. Notwithstanding anything in this policy to the contrary, Findyourinvestigator.com reserves the right to finally determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to request any additional information relevant to such request. Findyourinvestigator.com must receive your refund request in the manner described below within 5 calendar days of your purchase of the second Plans Subscription. Refund requests must be in writing and include your name, address, e-mail address, profile ID, the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the Plans Subscription, and the reasons you are requesting a refund. Please send all refund requests to support@findyourinvestigator.wackys.work. Findyourinvestigator.com is not responsible for refund requests that are not timely received in accordance with this policy for any reason, including without limitation, Web congestion, addressing mistakes, computer or Internet downtime, or requests submitted by phone, postal mail, or any other manner not expressly provided for in this policy. If you have any questions about this refund policy, please contact us at support@findyourinvestigator.wackys.work. Findyourinvestigator.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, and hold Findyourinvestigator.com and its offers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and court costs) (collectively a “Third Party Claim”) arising out of or in connection with (i) the Profile Materials, Your instructions, or your use of the Plans, (ii) any breach of representation or warranties provided under this Terms of Service Agreement, (iii) Your products or services or the provision thereof to end users or (iv) if applicable, failure to obtain consent form all parties to recorded phone calls originating from Tracking Numbers if you have enrolled in the Pay-Per-Call Program. Findyourinvestigator.com will notify you promptly of any Third Party claim for which it seeks indemnification and will permit you to control the defense of such Third Party Claim with counsel chosen by you; provided that, you will not enter into any settlement that contains any admission of or stipulation to any guilt, fault, liability or wrongdoing on the part of Findyourinvestigator.com without Findyourinvestigator.com prior written consent.
Disputes
Should any dispute between you and Findyourinvestigator.com arise at any time out of any aspect of this relationship, you and Findyourinvestigator.com will confer in good faith to resolve promptly such dispute. In the event that you and Findyourinvestigator.com are unable to resolve their dispute, and should pursue a claim against the other party, both you and Findyourinvestigator.com agree that all previously unasserted claims arising under federal, state, or local statutory or common law and all disputes relating to the validity of this agreement, are to be resolved by final and binding Arbitration. You and Findyourinvestigator.com agree that the Arbitration shall be held in the state of California and County of Los Angeles. You agree that any subpoena, third –party discovery request, or other third-party process directed to Findyourinvestigator.com must issue from, or be domesticated by, the state or federal courts located within Los Angeles County, California. All claims must be exclusively and finally resolved and settled by final and binding arbitration by and in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) before a single arbitrator who is a member of the AAA. Arbitrations will be held in Los Angeles, California, but the parties may choose for themselves whether to appear in person, by phone, or through the submission of documents. The arbitrator will issue a ruling in writing, and will detail all findings of fact and law upon which the ruling was made. Any award of the Arbitrator(s), is final and binding, and may be entered as judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, FOR ANY CLAIM WHICH IS NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT AND CONSET TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN, AND EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF, THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED WITHIN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
YOU AND Findyourinvestigator.com AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN THEIR RESPECTIVE INDIVIDUAL CAPACITIES, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND Findyourinvestigator.com AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED, AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.
BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT JUST AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT.
